To nurture a woman is to nurture the world – her strength, wisdom, and love know no bounds

As I traveled back from Atlanta and stepped into Salt Lake City, I found myself reflecting on the journey—not just the physical one, but the journey of growth and change.

Change is so uncomfortable!! It disrupts our routines, pushes us out of our comfort zones, and forces us to confront the unknown. But here’s the truth: growth doesn’t happen when we’re comfortable. It happens in those moments of discomfort, uncertainty, and even pain.

The growing pains we feel are signs of progress, of stepping into new possibilities, and of challenging ourselves to be better. It’s not easy, and it requires courage, but it’s so worth it.

Today, I’m reminding myself—and encouraging all of you—to embrace the discomfort. Push through. Lean into the change. Because on the other side of discomfort is growth, and on the other side of growth is the person you’re meant to become.

🌟 Let’s all commit to growth, even when it’s hard.

• “What’s a moment of growth you’ve experienced recently?”

• “How do you handle the discomfort of change?”
